Exeter Commons - Complete
Facade Face Lift
and Margarita's Mexican Restaurant and Watering
Hole.
The former Globe Plaza got a
face lift with a more contemporary look.
The roofing was removed and a new Exterior Insulated
Finish System,
E.I.F.S., was applied along with roofing in a new
color.
The plaza, now called Exeter Commons, has attracted
many new tenants.
One of the previous retail spaces was renovated to
accommodate a new
restaurant -Margarita's Mexican Restaurant and
Watering Hole.
